Bill Payne is the founder and CEO of Agile Dragon Group, a long time Infor Birst partner serving the CSD community as well as the Birst community at large.  He has over 10 years of hands-on implementation experience with Birst including 4 years within Birst’s services organization where he won a number of awards specific to his implementation.  In fact, he has done nothing for the last 10 years but implement Birst, integrating with Cloudsuite and Salesforce primarily.  He has served clients over the years from large financial institutions, online retailers, pharmaceutical organizations, as well as a number of CSD customers here attending TUG Connects.  He is also a founding Board member of the Infor Birst User community as well as hosts an open monthly customer forum called Birst Fridays on the first business friday of every month with the next coming up on May 6th.  

Within ADG he guides the development roadmap of the various Infor Birst based solutions as well as Birst add-on products.  Including, Dragon Grid®, Dragon Pack™, Dragon Scan™, and Dragon Library™.
