Monica has 20+ years of experience in wholesale distribution, including 20 years as an end user in the paper and print distribution industry in the areas of account management, customer service and as the Operations Manager of the wide format division.
Monica joined Central Data in 2017 as a member of the SX.e & CSD support team and in 2021 was promoted to her current role as the Director of Application Support. She manages an team of three support analysts, serves as the Account Manager for several CSD clients and is active in the software supporting the wonderful base of Central Data SX.e & CSD clients.
