The importance of developing leadership is nothing new BUT let's talk about why this isn't effective in the majority of organizations. In this session we will cover the importance of three key areas: people, process and communication.

It sounds simple and matter-of-fact, but like managing change, nothing about leadership comes with an "easy" button. Leaders today need to have a strong understanding of conflict resolution, situational leadership and emotional intelligence. When you can bring these three areas together- you can create a culture where your workforce is productive, innovative and engaged.
