IDM Output Management allows an administrator to create Form Templates that can be used with Forms Printing from CSD. This session will cover creating Forms Templates, utilizing the Microsoft Word add-in, and uploading to IDM for Forms Printing.

• Know what you need to start editing forms
• Know how to change your CSD AO options for IDM
• Make basic edits and upload and save your new templates for use in CSD
