Infor Document Management (IDM) provides a central repository of documents, with many ways of accessing and uploading documents, for users. Backend Administration for IDM has many available settings and tools, including but not limited to: ACL’s, API’s Control Center, Utilities JAR, and Stream Serve Adapter.

• Learn how regular users can use IDM to benefit them.
• Learn how admin users can use IDM to help benefit their users.
