For today’s Distribution Leaders - using the Battle of Gettysburg as a teaching environment, this presentation will discuss the leadership and logistics successes and failures of both Union and Confederate Forces, and how they impacted the Battle’s outcome.

The primary takeaway is a discussion of how these lessons from history can help today’s Distribution Leaders avoid these failures and implement these successes into today’s business environment.
